Shipping & Returns
Here at Stella Candle Co. we are happy to offer multiple UPS and USPS carrier options on orders under $99.00 and free UPS shipping on orders over $99.00 as a thank you to our customers (U.S. only)! Our international shipping is now worldwide. We ship internationally via UPS and USPS so our customers know that their packages are shipped in a timely and reliable fashion. All shipping rates are calculated by weight by our carriers and are out of our control.
*All P.O. Box addresses are delivered to via USPS.
*Any and all packages that are marked as delivered, but not received by the customer must be handled with the shipping carrier. Stella Candle Co. will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
Our processing times typically range between 1-2 business days and domestic shipping times range between 1-4 business days (excluding Sunday and holiday rush periods). Processing periods can increase by 3-7 business days due to an influx of orders. International shipping times range between 5-14 business days. Stella Candle Co. is not responsible for any import or customs fees. Pre-Order items ship at all different increments and expected ship dates are typically listed under each pre-order item.
Please be sure to double check all of your shipping information when placing your order. Once your order is in the process of being fulfilled, we are unable to make changes/cancellations. Candles & Wax Melts - Due to the nature of the product, candles and wax melts cannot be returned. In the event that you should receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at email@example.com or via IG DM for assistance with your order and we will be happy to remedy the issue.
Merchandise - If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges on non-fragile merchandise (sweatshirts, tote bags). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
If you choose to exchange for a different product and the prices are different, a refund will be given if the price is lesser than the original amount paid, or an invoice will be sent if the price is higher than the original amount paid.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and we highly suggest a trackable shipping method. Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and delivered to Stella Candle Co.
